Artbank, the Australian Government art rental initiative, is at the forefront of collecting contemporary art and craft from Australia's emerging and established Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists. Artbank celebrates a quarter of a century by touring an exhibition of significant artworks acquired from each year of its operation.
Artbank: Celebrating 25 Years of Australian Art will tour to over 10 regional venues across Australia throughout 2006-2008.
This exhibition is supported by Visions of Australia, an Australian Government Program supporting touring exhibitions by providing funding assistance for the development and touring of cultural material across Australia.
