2. Collaborative lino-cut printing and concertina book-making
This very ‘hands on’ workshop combines collaboration, specialised editioning printmaking techniques and bookmaking all in one!
Due to the intense nature of this workshop each participant will receive a parcel in the post priot to the workshop that will give detailed 'homework' instructions in order for the participant to gain maximum information and enjoyment from the workshop.
This workshop will allow participants to make and print an individual lino-cut image; and as a group, create and print a concertina book. Each participant receives one collaborative book and a series of individual prints at the end of the workshop.
The main objectives to this workshop are to learn expert lino printing techniques and to work as part of a team.
Be warned - due to our time frame this course is not for the faint hearted!!
